Mercy Ministry
Since 2008, Jesus Church LA has been committed to serving individuals and families in Armenia facing hardship and poverty. Every two months, care packages are sent from Los Angeles and distributed across villages by a dedicated local team - reaching those in greatest need with essential supplies, practical relief, and dignified care.
For over 17 years, this ministry has operated on a simple conviction: that distance is not a reason to look away.

Homeless Outreach
Since 2017, Jesus Church LA has been actively serving individuals experiencing homelessness across seven communities in Los Angeles — including Downtown LA, Hollywood, North Hollywood, Santa Monica, Glendale, and Venice Beach.
Each week, our teams provide hot meals, clothing, hygiene supplies, and assistance connecting individuals to shelters and local resources. But equally important is the personal connection — our volunteers sit with, listen to, and walk alongside people toward stability and restoration. To date, we have served over 10,000

Elderly Care & Hospital Visitations
Six days a week, Jesus Church LA volunteers visit eight convalescent hospitals across Los Angeles, spending intentional time with approximately 500 elderly residents. Through prayer, conversation, singing, and meaningful activities, we bring joy and companionship to individuals who might otherwise spend their days in isolation.
This ministry is built on a simple belief — that every person, regardless of age or circumstance, deserves to feel seen, valued, and connected.

Rehabilitation & Prison
Launched in 2023, this ministry serves individuals and families navigating the challenges of addiction and incarceration. Through weekly Tuesday gatherings, one-on-one mentorship, counseling, and family support resources, Jesus Church LA walks alongside people in some of their most difficult seasons.
Since its founding, over 100 individuals have been impacted — and 28 have successfully completed rehabilitation and are now living free from addiction. The focus of this ministry is restoration, transformation, and helping individuals reintegrate into healthy, purpose-driven lives.

Sunday School
Jesus Church LA's Sunday School program serves approximately 70 children between the ages of 2 and 15. Each week, children engage in structured lessons built around core life values — love, respect, integrity, compassion, and honesty.
This is more than a children's program. It is intentional formation — equipping the next generation with the moral foundation and character needed to navigate life with purpose and lead with integrity.

Sponsor A Child
Founded in 2009, the Sponsor a Child program has supported over 500 children living in extremely difficult conditions - including children from orphaned or single-parent households, victims of domestic violence, and families with limited resources.
Support goes beyond immediate needs. Each child receives nutritious food, educational assistance, mentorship, and life skills development designed to prepare them for independent adulthood. The vision of this program is not simply to help children survive — but to see them grow into capable, value-driven individuals equipped to build better futures.
